Returns

If for any reason customers are not completely satisfied with their purchase, they can ask for an exchange/refund within 7 days from the delivery date. 

Please, read carefully all the instruction you can find at the section: Easy return and refund.

1. Returns may be carried out in any way desired. Returns are at customer expense.

2. It is possible to request an exchange for a different size or a different colour of the same item or an exchange with a different item, if available. By purchasing a pack it is possible to request a sizes exchange of one or more items or a refund of the total amount that had been charged. It is not possible to exchange the item with a different model from the one that the customer purchased. Will not be accepted partial refund and requests for a lower number of items from those contained in the pack purchased.

3. Refunds may be requested by any method desired, but shipping costs, as well as customs duties (Non-EU nationals), shall be covered by the customer. The cost of shipping depends on the courier chosen by the customer. As soon as the parcel will be delivered to our warehouse, we will provide to process the refund required. Refund will be credited to the PayPal account or to the Bank Account provided in the Refund Request Form. The refund period may vary according to the payment method provided for the refund.

How to return the items?
The items must not show any signs of use.

Each item must be returned with all labels and packaging considered in all respects an integral part of the product itself and they must not have been in any way damaged and/or altered, or used as a single outer packaging. The returns of these items will be refused and returned to the customer if the items show signs of use.

In case the customer receives defective goods, or some error occurs in shipments from Vibegears.com, it is required to follow the same instructions above. Vibegears.com reserves the right to request photographic evidence before allowing returns for defective goods.

All returned items are subject to inspection by Vibegears.com and must comply with all the parameters listed in the return process. Vibegears.com reserves the right to establish a charge of 10% of the value of the returned goods in cases where the return does not comply with all terms and conditions required by our policy.
